Short

Feedwright is a feed reader for iPhone and iPad. It reads RSS, Atom, JSON Feed, Reddit and YouTube. Pages without a feed get one, built by the app from the page itself, and pages with no articles can be watched for changes. All of it lands in the same list, in chronological order and with no account.

Long

Feedwright is a feed reader for iPhone and iPad that treats three kinds of source the same way. The first is the classic feed: RSS, Atom, JSON Feed, plus Reddit and YouTube channels, with no sign-in needed for either. The second is a page without a feed, from which the app builds one itself. The third is a page that publishes no articles at all, a pricing page for instance or a changelog: Feedwright reports when something changes there, and where Apple Intelligence is available, the device decides whether the change matters.

Articles open in reader view, without ads or cookie banners, set natively rather than in a web view, and can be read aloud. Read articles stay available offline. Subscriptions, rules and read state sync through the user's own iCloud account; each device fetches the articles itself. There is no server run by the developer, no account and no data collection. The app uses no third-party libraries: parser, reader view and OPML are written by hand.
